By submitting this registration form, you confirm that all coach and student information provided is accurate and complete, and that you agree to comply with all program requirements.
Upon successful submission of the registration form, the completed form will be emailed to Sheridan Fly Rod Co. Once registration is received and reviewed, an invoice in the amount of $1,500 USD will be issued.
Payment is to be made to Seven Pillars Foundation, Sheridan, Wyoming. Seven Pillars Foundation is a private foundation focused on Education, Philanthropy, Voluntarism & Grantmaking, and Human Services. Sheridan Fly Rod Co. does not collect or process registration payments directly.

Invoices will be mailed to the registrant using the contact information provided and will include instructions for submitting payment to Seven Pillars Foundation. Registration is not considered complete until payment is received by the payment deadline.
Failure to meet the registration or payment deadlines may result in forfeiture of participation in the program. Late registrations or payments may be accepted at the sole discretion of the program administrators.
